Delicious food, guests described it as the best Turkey they’d ever had. Beef Wellington done to perfection. Desserts almost killed us, but that’s because we lacked self control. Ham not yet eaten... will reserve comment on that!

The chef was pleasant, although we had to ask him to wear a mask which felt uncomfortable and was disappointing we had to do so. He didn\'t seem overly enthusiastic about the menu which was also a little disappointing. The main course was overcooked sadly too. But he was polite and cleared the kitchen.

We had a lovely evening for surprise 50th birthday for my wife. Food was excellent and manageable to say we were worried when we booked the 9 courses. Chef kept his distance although was approachable - across the island - where we could still liaise with him while he worked. Very professional throughout and clean, cling film was placed over the surface and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas.

This was our first ever dine in experience, so we were not sure what to expect however this did not disappoint. The food was honestly amazing and the service from Javis was just as good. He came in, found his place in the kitchen within minutes and got to work straight away. He wasn’t intrusive in anyway and judged well when we needed plates taken and more food brought out. He explained each dish that came out too. The kitchen was left spotless, he boxed up any left over food for us and left this on the side, put anything he used back where he found it- you would have never have known he had been there! We will most definitely be using this service again and hopefully with Javis too.

All excellent apart from some small but disappointing issues with the ingredients. The starter changed from quail to guineafowl to chicken (very nice but a bit ordinary) and the dessert, which we specifically changed from dark to milk chocolate, was about as dark as could be imagined and was not eaten by some of us.

Everything ready on time, delicious and elastic work preferences. Totally recommended.
