Andy was great at explaining what went into the dishes. When cooking we barely knew he was there whilst he quietly went about his business. The presentation and food was amazing. Well Done Andy.

Our Chef Louis Was amazing. The food he prepared and served was done in a timely fashion and he then took the time between each course to explain exactly what the course consisted off. The smells coming from our kitchen added to the anticipation of what we was going to be served. We had the deluxe 10 course meal as it was a 60th birthday treat for my husband. We had enough time in between before the next course arrived and he always checked if we was ready for it. At the end of the meal everything was washed up and the dishwasher loaded and kitchen left as he found it. Due to Covid restrictions we felt very safe and he wore a face shield and gloves at all times. From the booking to the day it went exceptionally well . To sum up the dining experience in the words of my husband it was just like eating in a top class restaurant with the food and service. We would not hesitate to use your services again and thank you for helping to make his birthday even more special.

Andy was brilliant. He made the night extra special. The food tasted fantastic and each course went very well with the wine package that we had ordered. Andy was very kind in helping me make sure that I had the right wine with the right course. He struck a great balance between being the chef and explaining the meals etc, but also knew when to give us time to enjoy the food. I would use Andy again for sure.

It was a pleasure to meet Stafano and hear about his cooking influences. The food was exceptional. Everyone enjoyed it.
