We had our event on 27 April - the chef was lovely and food mostly excellent. However there was a miscommunication between the Dineindulge team and our chef, which meant that our ‘egg and soldiers’ pre-dessert as below was actually an egg with bread soldiers and some pineapple chunks!! This is the main reason for the two 4 star rather than 5 star reviews. Eggs & Soldiers Meringue, Crème Diplomat, Passionfruit Yolk & Charred Pineapple Soldiers When querying this, the chef was very embarrassed and said it was a new dish, he had queried the recipe with the team but was told it was correct?? So not sure what recipe was provided. Unfortunately the bride to be’s absolute favourite is meringue so we were disappointed not to receive this. There was also no tuile on the amuse as advertised. I’m not sure what guidance you provide your chefs but it clearly requires review. Further feedback would also be to try and keep the food warmer, but appreciate this is difficult with 19 guests and a domestic kitchen to work with. Having said this, Dishan was fantastic, the food delicious and he left the kitchen spotless - this is absolutely not a reflection on him, but the communications, guidance and recipe provision process - particularly with new dishes. Dishan also did a great job of serving us all the dishes without help from a waiter, for which he deserves praise.

Mark was an absolutely fantastic chef. We were organising a big hen do so were quite preoccupied but he just cracked on and made the most delicious food! It was a perfect meal for our evening. He cleaned up everything after us and was just brilliant!! Thank you very much Mark for helping with a wonderful evening.

On time, friendly and extremely polite. Food was lovely and he was accommodating for the vegetarian. We didn’t have hallomi skewers but were served vegetable skewers. Great!

Really great chef, worked diligently, was just maybe a little nervous and had no need to be based on the quality of what he turned out. Thank you.

We had such a lovely evening! Our chef prepped everything in the kitchen and served the starter bang on time. The food was incredible! We also had a dairy free guest who was catered for. Our chef even cleared our plates after each course and did the dishes afterwards. Perfect.

As our event ran over 2 days we had the same amazing chef for our BBQ. The vegetarians were as well catered for as the meat eaters. Everyone came away from the weekend raving about the food. Thank you so much Sahra and Harry

Great experience - thank you! Brilliant communication throughout the entire booking. Our chef (Daniel) was very professional, polite and a great chef. The food was delicious, varied and also good portion sizes and a good piece of fish! Daniel left the kitchen cleaner than it was before! Will definitely be recommending

Our meal on Saturday night was really great, except that the information regarding the nut allergy didn’t get to the chef so there were almonds on the salad, and the chef did seem convinced the cake was safe however absolutely everybody was sure it had Nutella on top (the chef had left by then). • both the almonds and Nutella were on the original menu, before the nut allergy information was added in. Fortunately, no damaged was done as we spotted the nuts and checked the cake, but it’s obviously, potentially, an extremely dangerous situation. I hope you can find where the communication breakdown occurred and rectify it for future clients, at the very least.

We would definitely use the Service again and recommend Chef Toby was excellent he made my guests dining experience perfect and my Brother who\'s 50th Birthday it was really enjoyed the meal and atmosphere. We have some more Family special occasions coming up and I will most definitely be come back to you for those in August. Thank you and a special thank you to Chef Toby for making our surprise come together.

Darren\'s skills and presentation made my 60th birthday a fantastic and memorable night. The food was superb, thank you for a great experience.

Tony was excellent. He was very prompt and on time serving a delicious meal. He just got on with the job and worked around the chaos going on around him! We would recommend Tony and Dineindulge again.

We were so impressed with everything we were served, the quality and flavour of the food was outstanding, our chef was so friendly and relaxed, it made the evening so enjoyable.

Our Dine Indulge chef for our Bordeaux stay was simply exceptional. This was undoubtedly the best meal we ate during the holiday, the taste, the presentation everything was 5* . Our chef was professional, approachable and polite, our party of 15 gave him a round of applause once finished.
