Brilliant night, lovely chef and great food

Stefano was brilliant and the food tasted great. Particularly loved that the bread was made fresh. Only thing was that my friend who was Gluten Free mentioned that the chef was unaware she was GF. The aubergine was fine for her but think he should have been aware. Thanks

I had to ask where the granita was as desserts came out so they had to be taken away and when it came it didnt have popping candy.

A great experience and a great chef

When asked if they would like something different on our Activities Schedule we hadn’t expected Betty one of our residents to ask for the Chippendales!! So we booked a Butler from Hunks in Trunks, arranged a Ladies afternoon for 12 \'saucy\' ladies and crossed fingers. The gasp from the ladies showed they were not in the least disappointed! Jordan our Butler was perfect and all smiles, nothing was too much trouble, he even played games including \'Find the Plaster\'!! Jordan was amazingly attentive to each of our ladies (the oldest being 104 years young). They were very happy with Jordan and would like us to put him on our weekly activities schedule ....(in their dreams!!) Hunks in Trunks organisation were brilliant from start to finish we have no problem in recommending them. BUPA Northlands House Care Home

Ty (possibly the wrong spelling...) was a great chef - very easy going, unflappable, and willing to pose for several pictures at the end :) Everything he prepared was beautiful to look at, he worked quietly, and left the place spotless! Only downsides were (1) the size of the portions, especially from main course onwards - for a 7 course menu it was unmanageable; (2) the lamb was sadly overcooked although tasty; and (3) the cheese was disappointingly bland. But the biggest thing I would change would be the speed of the food - there was almost no break between the 7 courses, and we were done with the whole thing in less than 2 hours, which is quite impressive for 7 people to be served, eat, and clear up! We didn\'t realise in time or would have discussed with the chef. Nevertheless, we loved the experience and wouldn\'t hesitate to book again, although may be a bit firmer in what we want next time :)

John was so lovely, everyone loved him and the relaxed atmosphere he helped to create. John went the extra mile, and ensured everyone was happy, serving hot food from the platter to the table. The hen was very pleased!

A fantastic evening was had. The food was so tasty. Dan was professional but also personable. We like a relaxed evening and he certinaly created that. We would highly recommend Dan as the food was amazing and each course just got better and better. Huge thanks for making our evening so wonderful.

Quite complicated for a chef to cook 6 different dishes for 10 persons. He did well, but probably could have done with some help.

A thoroughly enjoyable evening from start to finish , with two hours of our Butler thrown in to the mix , made it more memorable .. lots of fun and laughs would definitely use again. Thank you .

We had a lovely 3 course meal cooked by Wayne! He madecsure we had enough time between meals and didnt ruah us and talled us through the different dishes!! Was a lovely birthday treat for my mum!!! Many thanks Megan
