Hi,I am expecting a call tomorrow to discuss heavy compensation for my booking. I booked the 9 course taster menu and the Chef arrived thinking it was 2 course due to communication from Head office. Although I want it noted the chef was amazing and ran out to local shops to ‘knock’ things together as you can imagine the overall experience was lost and especially my first experience with you as a company. As I say, I cannot criticise the Chef as he was amazing however my experience was lost and also for my guests. I don’t expect to pay for this experience at all however I don’t expect the chef to personally be penalised.

Hemant made an incredible meal and was very kind and accommodating! I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. We definitely weren’t the easiest group as we were celebrating a hen do but Hemant seemed to be unfazed and timed the meal perfectly to the murder mystery party, which wasn’t an easy feat.

Halima was an extremely professional and polished chef who served up delicious and wonderfully presented food to all 10 guests helping us relax and enjoy the evening. Halima accommodated all our requirements and all the guests commented on how tasty every single dishes was, including our young children who loved the steak most of all, something they have never said about my cooking!

I hired Dineindulge for my mum\'s and my joint birthday dinner party. There were 11 of us. We went for the Deluxe Signature menu which has 5 courses of incredible food! Bogdan the private chef and his brother Andrei were very professional and neither would let me lift a finger! Bogdan is very passionate about his recipes, allowing us to sample some of the ingredients. There\'s something quite surreal being waited on in your own house, especially serving 5 star fine dining food! The evening was truly special, I would highly recommend it!

I cannot rate Diego highly enough. He was a pleasure to talk to and the service and food were absolutely first class. Everything exceeded our expectations and our party ranged from 7 years old to 75. He catered perfectly for everyone and was great with the children who are still talking about him and Victoria who came to help serve the delicious food. Dineindulge have been amazing right through the process and I would certainly use them again. We initially booked them to provide food for 12 people at a property that we had rented in Surrey. The owner of that property cancelled the booking just over 2 weeks before we were due to arrive. Dineindulge were so helpful, giving us extra time to find another property this time in Sussex, before finding us a new Chef. They are friendly and helpful, replying to all communications very promptly. Unfortunately the Chef\'s car broke down on the way to our venue and he couldn\'t get to us in time to prep and provide the planned meal. Dineindulge went into action, finding us another Chef called Jonathan who raced to the rescue, cooking us a fantastic Paella at the last minute. He is such a friendly nice man, who was so keen to give us a great experience. Everyone said how much they enjoyed the food. What amazed me was how professional everything was. Somehow Jonathan managed to familiarise himself with everything in about 2 minutes flat and before we knew it the most wonderful smell was coming out of the Kitchen. We would like to say a big thank you to Jonathan for coming to our rescue but also to Victoria and Vanessa from Dineindulge who couldn\'t have been more helpful. Afterwards Vanessa phoned me and has said that we will be getting a full refund and that they will pay for Jonathan\'s services. Dineindulge have also offered us a discount for a future booking. I can\'t rate Dineindulge highly enough. The level of standards that they maintain in everything they do is rarely seen nowadays. They deserve all the fantastic reviews that they have. I would not hesitate to book with them again and would urge anyone else to use them.

Overall we were pleased with our chef although unfortunately our food could have done with being a bit warmer- a tough task when trying to serve 15 and there is only 1 of you. Would have been nice to have a helping hand to make the serving feel a bit more special.

The chef Joe was professional and friendly, he did a great job. The food was delicious and presentation was fab. Both quality and quantity of the food was spot on. Kitchen after was spotless. The butler Damian was attentive and charming. We played games before the meal and inbetween courses. The girls had a fantastic evening and everyone enjoyed themselves. High recommend this service. Shall use in future.

Absolutely fantastic ! I am vegan and typically this leaves me with big standard salads or pasta . Our chef went above and beyond and even provided me with vegan brownie so I could be involved with the rest of the girls ! Thank you sooooooo much , simply brilliant .
