Our chef was absolutely amazing and couldn\'t do enough for us. Each course was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The pea fritters popped in your mouth with a taste of mint and the sauce with the crab ravioli had those licking their bowls clean. The ribeye was succulent and cooked to perfection with the yummiest corn puree, which I could have eaten a whole bucket full of. Those tthat has the fish all said it was beautiful. The pre dessert of eggs and soldiers with its subtle coconut taste was a hit with everyone, and cleansed the palate perfectly, all finished off with perfect puddings. The portions were huge and we were all completely stuffed by the end. To finish the evening off to perfectly, the kitchen was left immaculate and our chef Elizabeth, also had to deal with a hob that was a touch temperamental, which she just took in her stride. It was a fantastic evening and I would definitely book through dine indulge again.

The whole experience was fantastic . Simon tbe chef made contact on the day of the dinner to ensure he had everything he needed and also kept me well informed of his arrival time. He was really great, we didn’t really know he was there once we had shown him where everything was, so we were able to enjoy our pre dinner drinks on the patio. The food he prepared was absolutely delicious and plentiful. Our party of 8 included 2 veggies who were really well catered for and a couple of fairly fussy eaters who enjoyed everything he cooked for us. You were recommended to me by some friends and I would not hesitate to use your services again and tell other people about you. We felt it was excellent value for money and we had a great experience, can you please pass on these comments to Simon please as we thought he was wonderful.

Charlie was fantastic, the food was amazing and we all had a wonderful evening. This was our first time hiring a private chef and we would all definitely recommend both Charlie and the experience to anyone.

Good communication and very good good

Chicken starter was meant to come with a cream sauce, was still a nice starter but a little dry. Lemon sole breadcrumbs were a bit stodgy, steak wasn’t cooked to order as chef said would happen, cookery of the steak was all over the place. Desserts were nice, however the Bakewell tart wasn’t presented very well and could have done with a little bit cream or something. Overall chef was really nice but for the price we paid, we were expecting the whole experience to last a bit longer than an hour.
