Yannis was amazing, although he should have been given more information about our kitchen and facilities with regard to preparing and serving a 5 course meal with 3 different choices in advance. He did a fantastic job, he worked so hard and produced magnificent food. Everyone was so impressed

Experience was great, Jules was really friendly and professional, and the waitress were great. Food was a little dry and presentation wasnt quite fine dining we were expecting but we had a great time and the guests enjoyed the experience

A superb experience from start to finish. The dine indulge team were helpful and responsive throughout - especially with some last minute adjustments to the booking. The chef, Andy, was an absolute star on the day - totally professional and efficient. The food was excellent / beautifully presented and all dietary requirements seamlessly accommodated.

Disappointed that the wines we bought through dineindulge hadn\'t got any tasting notes. These would have added to the experience.

Our chef was Matt, he was absolutely fantastic right from meeting him and he made us feel like we had known him for years. He was very professional, food was beyond what we expected and we had an amazing experience for our first time. Matt explained the processes of preparing each dish, I am very interested in the Michelin star type food and he prepared the food on the plate in such a way it could have been in a high end restaurant. Matt you are a superstar xx

Our chef, Christopher, provided a magical experience for us . The food was absolutely delicious, presentation was amazing and the kitchen was immaculate when he left. It was a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday. This is the second time my family have used DineInDulge and we would certainly recommend them. We would also like to thank Christopher for making our evening so special.

Overall I was left quite disappointed by our experience yesterday. The food was very nice, I can’t fault the taste of it, presentation was nice and it was big portions. Unfortunately it was the experience as a whole that was not what I had expected. We booked private dining as we wanted a special experience for a family birthday, instead it all felt incredibly awkward having someone in our home who barely uttered 2 words. I do appreciate that when English isn’t the first language that can make communication a little trickier but unfortunately there was just an all round lack of any friendliness. We had asked to eat at 8.15pm, just before this time the chef told us he had forgotten an ingredient and needed to go out to a shop. By 8.40pm he still hadn’t returned, so I asked his mother (who had come to help him) if she knew when we would be eating as it was getting a little late- she quite brusquely replied ‘in a minute’ and sort of waved me away. We didn’t sit down to eat until 9pm in the end which wasn’t a huge problem but there was no real apology or explanation. There wasn’t really any introduction to the food or conversation at all. Our dining table is in our kitchen so we were all in the same room, I realise the chef is not there to entertain us but I did expect them to be more a part of the evening and the atmosphere. Instead the chef and his mother spoke to each other in whispered Hungarian and barely said a single word to any of us. Perhaps we were misinformed of what the experience with Dine Indulge would be, having been told by friends who used the service it was an amazing evening. We were unfortunately left feeling like we had a nice meal but an experience we could have had in a restaurant where there is no chef interaction.

Only reason for removing 1⭐ was because the temperature of the food wasnt as hot as I would have liked it to be. I appreciate this is difficult to do when serving a large group and the overall experience was great, polite, professional chef and staff.

We had a brilliant evening with Ben, he arrived at 6.30pm on the dot and was incredibly professional from the moment he arrived to the moment he left. All courses were served promptly and were well presented and delicious. Ben was very personable and we enjoyed chatting to him between courses. He left the kitchen spotless before leaving. We were very very happy with Ben as our chef and would highly recommend him.

Very professional, organised, efficient, food delicious prepared beautifully and served on time. Worked in a dining kitchen with minimal impact on dinner guests, very respectful and ensured all clear up/wash up done. Great experience would definitely use again.
