Food was very good but not exactly as described in some cases. Mark was very professional and personable but unfortunately was delayed by 15 minutes which was a little unsettling.

Butler was good and the service he gave was great - served us food and drinks and we did some fun games. Unfortunately though the butler could not get a taxi from the station to where we were staying so two of my friends (who luckily weren’t drinking) had to do a 40 min round trip to collect him. Furthermore, he had no way of getting home so one of our party had to drop him at a bus stop before he was getting 3 other buses home in the middle of the night - we believe it took him hours to get home. I am surprised a nationwide company does not look after their staff better and provide suggestions for transport or even a taxi service to the venue.

Very good experience overall - unfortunately the risotto was quite under cooked which a few complained about. Chefs were very professional though and presentation superb.

Really professional chef and plenty of food for our group. Will be using this again next time I need a big group catered.

An absolutely epic night\'s work from Mr Fielding, he prepared much party food for eight people in a tiny kitchen with the party going on all around him. The food was beautifully presented, tasted absolutely delicious. Mr Fielding, throughout a very busy event, was professional, friendly and helpful. He left the kitchen spotless as always. We could not be happier.

We were very happy with Ryan and Ashleigh. Ryan rang as expected during the day and they turned up as promised on time. I literally left them to it and they were fantastic. They were able to serve us at the table and the food was delicious and overall we were very happy. The one (very) minor comment was that the oil they used for the tempura fish/vegetables was left for us to dispose of without any notification.

Perfect evening. The planning & organisation was incredible and attention to detail for 2 food allergies attended to. Luca was very professional, approachable and super organised as well as an excellent chef. We awaited a long time for our night due to covid etc and it was worth the wait. Mike stepped in to our event only two days before but he was genuinely fantastic and we couldn\'t have wished for a better experience. The food was incredible and Mike was very professional, whilst still being engaged with the group. He made the night a very enjoyable time. The whole team have been fantastic throughout and the communication has been brilliant. Unfortunately only a couple of days before we were told our event was affected but Heather worked to come to a solution with me and was very helpful with everything. I would definitely recommend your company to other people and would book again for other events.
