A thoroughly enjoyable experience for my dad\'s 70th birthday! Food tasted great, excellent portion size and the chef left the kitchen spotlessly clean afterwards!

Overall experience fell below expectations, nothing was bad with the food, but nothing was great either. The meat for the steak was very fatty/poor quality and chewy, the chard was massively overcooked, and most of the elements just didn\'t feel/taste freshly prepared. Chef was friendly, tidy and cleaned up after himself. But didn\'t seem familiar with the menu, you would have thought if he had freshly prepared/cooked everything he wouldn\'t need to read the menu off a piece of paper

This is the second time we had Chef Sebastien (last time in 2019) cook a meal for us during our holiday and it was, yet again, excellent. He showed up on time, and most importantly with a smile, and cooked the most delicious food! He was professional from start to finish and the kitchen was immaculate when he left. We love DineIndulge and will continue to use them, and will always request Sebastien when we are ever in the Poitiers area! Thank you DineIndulge & Sebastien.

Some of the food was slightly cold as the chef\'s food warmer broke the night before. Food still tasted great :-). Luca had loads of personality and was super friendly - even the kids loved him!! All dietary requirements was catered for and the GF options were amazing. When I do this again I will love for Luca to be the chef :-)

Stephane was FABULOUS! We had 4 DineIndulge Dinners with him, and he made each one excellent. Highly recommend him and DineIndulge!

Cay exceeded all expectations. The meat and fish dishes were cooked and seasoned to perfection with just the right amount of heat from the chilli. We were a group of 11 and it suited everyone\'s taste. The side dishes were much more elaborate than indicated by the menu and were as interesting and delicious as the mains. Desserts were superb too. Portions were extremely generous and we have plenty of delicious leftovers for the days ahead. Cay was totally professional and very pleasant to deal with. Returning to a clean kitchen is always a real treat and an added bonus for my husband (who always unloads the dishwasher) is that it been stacked the way he likes it and not my way. A tiny bone of contention in our household! This is the second time we have used DineIndulge and it certainly won\'t be the last.

Hello, I have emailed this and was advised to submit through this portal as well. Unfortunately during cooking the chef actually set the BBQ alite. We have used this BBQ for a number of years with no problems, and whilst I appreciate sometimes accidents happen, we are now left with an unexpected cost of replacing parts. The fire (photographed below) has burnt the burner covers and grill grates, we cannot use these and are having to replace them looking at costs of £75. Whilst the chef was friendly and apologetic we also had to replace meat that had completely burnt. This meant we had to leave our event for 30 minutes to visit the shop, whilst the cost was only £20 this is not a cost I would expect to cover as a customer. The chef wasn\'t very proactive whilst the fire burnt and my brother had to put this out himself with the hose before our fence caught alite. Again, I appreciate the chef was in a difficult position but unfortunately now all the expense has fallen to us on what was already a large bill. I\'m emailing to see if there is something we can do with the additional costs we\'ve faced and whether there can be a refund on our final amount to compensate this? I appreciate your time and sorry to not give great feedback at this time. Thanks again Rheanna

Our chef Chris was fantastic- arrived on time and food presentation and taste was amazing- he also washed up - great experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family - meal was for my husbands 50th birthday he was thrilled and so were we - thank you again

Patricia was an amazing chef who went above and beyond to cater for our group of 11 with varying dietary requirements. Kitchen was left immaculately clean, and we could not fault the food (tapas menu), it was amazing!!!…I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Will definitely use dine indulge and Patricia again.
