We booked our Chef for my wife\'s 60th birthday celebration for eight, including one vegetarian and one vegan. Our Chef, Carl, was fantastic, the food he presented to us was amazing - I cannot rate him and the service high enough. A wonderful evening for us all!

The vanilla mash served with the cod main course was as described, but both the people who ordered it did not enjoy the taste combination at all - suggest this option be reviewed (not the chef\'s fault, but the menu planner\'s). The chef made a couple of heavy-handed comments to our guest who does not eat vegetables when serving his starter and main course - maybe intended as humorous, but did not come across very well.

Cayetano was brilliant right from the moment of his arrival. He took control and made sure the evening went extremely smoothly and all we had to do was sit and enjoy our evening. Wonderful food, clearly explained and thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Unobtrusive and wonderful and flexible- served earlier on request. Delicious food but chocolate could have been more chocolaty!

Joan and her husband are a superb team skilled and knowledgeable. The meal was amazing and served with flair and humour. All of our carnivourous guests were blown away by the vegetarian food we selected for them.

Jonny was absolutely fantastic - the food was incredible and he was a really lovely guy. He made our event even more memorable than it already was. Nothing was too much trouble and, again, I\'ve never eaten anything so delicious in my life. Thanks again Jonny.
