This was the first time we had hired a private chef and we would definitely do so again. Our Chef Cayetano was superb, his love of cooking and food was contagious, the food was amazing. We had many different dietary requirements amongst the family and all of them were meet with such care. A huge thank you to Cayetano and his assistant Irene. Due to unfortunate circumstances the chef arrived 35 minutes late and alone, which we felt put unnecessary pressure on him. To ask one person to present 5 courses to 9 people was too much to ask. We felt he should have had an assistant/sous chef to ease the pressure. We have no complaints about the chef, he did his best in the circumstances, but he apologised a few times which suggests he wasn’t happy with the service he was providing. However, we, the guests enjoyed the meal and showed our appreciation.

Our chef was great, lovely presentation and tasty food. Difficulty with getting steaks cooked to preference with 2 hobs, maybe consider chef bringing own hot plate/gas cooker to help in this situation. Otherwise very pleased.

Sam was very friendly and professional, he kept us very well informed of his arrival time and the food was delicious.

Stan was FABULOUS! He was so polite and wonderful. We had the most incredible dinner overlooking vineyards after a day of wine tasting in Aix-en-Provence. The entire experience from ease of booking to relaxing with a 5 star meal to not having to lift a finger to clean was unreal. Highly recommend across the board!

Guy was amazing as was his food. It was a celebration of our fiftieth wedding anniversary so was very important to us. Guy was very personable and took great care to ensure the three coeliac members of the family plus our vegetarian daughter were able to eat the delicious food. Our chef Yufi created the most sensational meals! The presentation was immaculate but the taste of each meal was divine. Exceeded our expectations and beyond and was such a lovely and humble man. Would certainly recommend him and the whole private dining experience.

Great interaction between the chef and ourselves, Steve was very informative and explained each course as it was being served. Will next be looking at the barbecue experience with yourselves.
