Great Chef, great experience!

The food tasted nice and the chef Salim was very pleasant and professional. However, I felt disappointed on two counts - firstly the portion size was tight, a number of guests commented they would have liked more. Secondly, having now had the opportunity to revisit the menu we ordered, it is clear that the detail of the menu did not exactly match the food delivered - specifically: 1) Thai Grilled Chicken Breast with Lime & Coriander - this was just a chicken breast, with no evidence of notable Thai flavour or Lime & Coriander 2) Hassleback Squash main - this was not provided, instead a squash (not hassleback) side was provided. 3) Pearl Couscous side - this was a particular dish where we felt a second plate was needed given the size of the party. 4) New Potato salad side - this was not delivered as described. Instead a roast potato side was provided, paired with the non-main squash. 5) Lemon Curd tart - no evidence of use of lavender So overall I am disappointed on reflection that DineIndulge under delivered on the menu and I feel like we have been oversold. However, the food itself was tasty, in particular the bites, so I don’t want to criticise the chef Salim, more the ingredients he was provided with. It would have been good though if he had explained where items were not being delivered in line with the menu. My first DineIndulge experience in Dublin was excellent, but sadly this has changed my perspective and I’m not sure I’d be as quick to recommend or pay the premium price for this service in future. So in summary a good service but not great and given the under delivery against the menu, I would be grateful if you arranged a partial refund.

A truly enjoyable evening with fantastic service and beautiful food.

I had to call to check if our event was going ahead as I had no confirmation or time to expect chef. Told 11am. He arrived just after 12 as he had gone to the wrong Heath Rd in Southampton. Food was very late. Scott said it was his first bbq. He was a very messy cook, kitchen left with a fair bit for us to clear up. Subsequently had text from owners to say he hadn\'t cleaned bbq properly, although it wasn\'t that clean on our arrival & we cleaned prior to his use. Plus complaint that he had ruined 2 frying pans. Owner to contact you directly about this. Delicious food.

We paid for 10, but chef only had food for 9.

We were all extremely impressed by Morganne. She was so efficient, waited on us and cleaned up before she left. Not to mention the food was delicious. We will definitely use Dineindulge again and hopefully Morganne too. Thank you for contributing enormously to my son’s 18th birthday.

Chef Alê was fantastic! He arrived on time and was very accommodating to our dietary needs and our young children. The food was delicious! Overall, a wonderful experience for our family vacation!

The chef arrived on time, was polite and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. The duck starter was neither warm nor cold. It was hard to tell if was meant to be a hot dish or a salad. It tasted good though, either way. The fillet steak and bearnaise was excellent. The Bakewell tart was uninspiring…a bit tasteless, and the accompanying Chantilly cream likewise.

The chef was very pleasant and helpful. The food was beautifully presented, however when he was describing what was being served it was a bit rushed

Cayetano was friendly, professional and informative on the food choices. Would definitely use again, highly recommended. Made our 40th wedding anniversary a night to remember in our holiday cottage with all our family. Thank you

Salim was brilliiant and everybody enjoyed the delicious food, served as a hot buffet. Highly recommended.

Only comment is the food could have been hotter, cold plates! Other than that Delfine was very good!

Absolutely fantastic. We all had a lovely time and Adrej was a lovely chef. He had all the dishes out in a timely manner and every single meal was delicious. He was also amenable to a brief pause while we took our baby for a nap. Loved it and would love to do it again in the future!

Ashleigh was absolutely amazing, his knowledge and passion showed in every single dish he served us. Dine Indulge has an exceptional chef there! Highly recommended!
