Patricia and Eduardo were absolutely brilliant and they really made the whole dinner sing. It went off superbly - for which many thanks. They tidied up and left so unobtrusively and fast that I did not have the opportunity to really thank them in person. For which I am sorry. Patricia you did a fab job. Thanks. We had a fantastic meal and we\'re really impressed with our Chef\'s cooking. He was prompt and the Neal moved at the perfect pace.

Miranda was very professional - she came and went without us hardly noticing she was there! Her food was excellent.

We were presented with some undercooked chicken which the chef did her best to rectify , unfortunately , there was a problem with one of the cookers. This said I would have rather waited an extra half hour or so, to then have the chicken cooked thoroughly.the chef was extremely apologetic and professional through out. It didn’t spoil our experience and had a lovely evening.

Chloe was absolutely lovely. She simply got on with preparing a fantastic meal and the feedback from my guests was that the food was exceptional which was great for me as the organiser and I am so grateful to Chloe for making it a lovely night with great food. Lamar was great! My sister was apprehensive at first but he knew how to make her feel relaxed, the hen do absolutely loved it and it was a highlight of the weekend. Perfect tasteful element for the hen!! Thanks a lot!!!

Unfortunately all of our food was cold, I did let our chef know but he couldn’t do anything really he was maybe a bit stretched on his own. We didn’t think the prawn starter was up to much, tiny prawns. The beef did taste nice but that and the gravy were cold even to touch and the fish the same, over cooked and cold.

Blade was super professional. Before he arrived, people were relaxing and a bit chilled after a day out in Cambridge (starting a hen weekend), but he was excellent at getting the party re-started with fun games, which put us all in a great mood for going back out to start our evening afterwards. Having never booked a butler before, I was unsure what to expect, but Blade made everyone feel at ease and I\'m really pleased we did book. He was also really discrete on arrival and was a great surprise to the hen.

The was a single but fundamental criticism in that the portion sizes were way too small. We selected the platter and per person there was a (small) chicken thigh and a small slice of lamb, with vegetables and couscous. Everyone said they could have eaten double. And it was a party of women! Such a shame as everything else was perfect.
